Refund policy
We're happy to provide a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Activate DHM, you will receive a refund within 30-days of delivery (limited to one bottle of Activate DHM on your first order.) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you paid for Xpresspost shipping, that portion will not be refunded.
Because our product is ingestible/for consumption and perishable, we will not accept any returned product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.
