Great product overall, definitely helps with recovery and sleep. Is it a complete miracle supplement? No, and I doubt one exists that would completely counteract the deleterious affects of alcohol, but it does make a substantial dent and I appreciate that it has added ingredients beyond just DHM to tackle the problem from multiple angles. I usually stack with Tudca and an Anti-Alcohol Complex t get even better results.

I have great difficulty with processing alcohol as well as food chemicals and additives. End result is I don’t sleep and have muscle cramps.
