I had 1 tablet before the event and 1 at the end of the night and it worked a wonder. Really felt the dehydration after going to bed, but just drank more and more water; definitely a worthwhile trade-off for waking up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. I've been using Activate DHM for about a year now. I take them as recommended whenever I'm planning a big night of drinking (like with all the Christmas festivities recently) and they have never let me down.
